Request access, correction, export or deletion, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision.

Submit a request
Email joshs@ownthedial.com with the subject “Privacy Rights Request” and state the right you want to exercise. Use the email connected to your Own the Dial account when possible.
Do not include passwords, reports, medication lists, nutrition records or other health information in the email. We will verify your identity and may ask for limited additional information. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law; we may verify their authority and your identity.
Available requests
- Access or know what information we hold and how it is used.
- Correct inaccurate account information.
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Delete your account and associated information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Withdraw consent or object to/restrict certain processing where applicable.
- Appeal a decision on a privacy request.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Own the Dial does not currently sell personal information or consumer health data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. Therefore, there is presently no sale or targeted-advertising activity to opt out of. If that changes, we will update this page and provide the controls required before the change applies.
Response
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain why and provide appeal instructions where required. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
